𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐦𝐮𝐬 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 - 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦 (𝐃𝐓𝐒)
In support of good governance that is built on ethics, accountability, transparency, integrity and professionalism, Division of Imus City, Records Unit, and Information and Communication Technology Unit conducted a Three-Day Division Virtual Training on Documents Tracking System (DTS) on June 9-11, 2021 via Google Meet. This has made possible by our ever supportive SDS Ma'am Rose Torres and ASDS Sir Ivan Inductivo. The training is intended for School heads, Records Custodian, School Clerk, and ICT Coordinators. Mr. June Bence Lungay Adelan - Information Technology Officer I introduced the Document Tracking System discussed to the participants. The session 1 encompasses the Different Features of DTS by Ms. Micah P. Ortiz, Administrative Officer IV - Record Officer, followed by the "Session 2 on Performing the Functions of the System" of Ms. Rosa Irma B. Geda, Administrative Officer IV, OIC-Records. Session 3: Document Type in DTS was tackled and elaborated by Ms. Rosa Irma B. Geda together with Ms. Rebecca M. Monzon, Administrative Officer V. Session 4: Creation of DTS Account and Simulation Procedure by Mr. June Bence D. Adelan and IT Officers. At the end of the training, each school was given 3 accounts that they can use for the new system. Also, participants expressed their gratitude to the division of the new system will be a big help in organizing, categorizing, and tagging of the documents. |
