Dr. Rosemarie D. Torres, Schools Division Superintendent of Imus City installed the School Principal Ma'am Nancy P. Valdez on January 10, 2022 at Pasong Buaya III Elementary School.
SDS Dr. Torres, ASDS Sir Ivan Brian L. Inductivo, and Mr. Arturo P. Rosaroso Principal IV & SCAPSA President accompanied Ma'am Nancy P. Valdez to Pasong Buaya III ES (PBIII ES). It was then welcomed by the parent supervisor Dr. Leah J. Guillang EPS-Araling Panlipunan, Master teachers Ma'am Frecela B. Ballesteros, Sir Paul S. Reyes, the GPTA Officers headed by President Janice C. Pantoja, and representative of faculty club.
During the program each group expresses their words of welcome and sending off through an audio visual presentation that touches the audience to teary eyes because of joy. Having a new member of the family is a great joy that we felt. And also departing to someone is hurting most especially if the person done memorable thing in your life.
The outgoing school principal Ma'am Alona O. Verdad can't attend the ceremony due to sickness. Dr. Guillang represented Ma'am Verdad to turn over the school properties through a symbol of a padlock and she explained in her message the meaning and was accepted by Ma'am Valdez with joy and challenge.
The faculty of PBIII ES was touched by the speech of Ma'am Valdez. She mentioned that a school principal learns from the teacher and a teacher learns from the school principal so working hand and hand is a good value that each teacher should possess in order to grow.
The program was concluded by the closing remarks of the Faculty President Mr. Reyes. He said, “We must do our best to work in your team in order to face and move forward for the improvement of the school".
Ma'am Valdez received her special order last January 7, 2022 but she was installed this January 10 due to level 3 alert in the area and consideration of the health protocols mandated by the IATF.
It is a rule of the DepEd to move out School Head to other places in order to share their knowledge, talents, skills and others that help in building up the children for a better future.
